Donations are not refundable but...
HFP has instituted a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing. We expect donors to exercise due care and diligence while making donations, but recognize that donations may be made erroneously.
Note: HFP is not obliged to make refunds and may decline requests, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued. Bank charges for cancellation will be deducted from refunds.
Failed transactions or technical issues: Refunds processed within 7 business days via the same payment channel.
